For a replacement-support enquiry, those describe two different parts of the decision: the object occupying the shelf and the connector meeting the figure. Keep the figure’s exact release, original connection location and missing component together when checking the proposed stand.
The measurements belong to the original Simple Stand x3, not Hex Type or every similarly shaped accessory. Choose a replacement after confirming the specific connection, and check its base space separately.
