When you submit a product enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, and message. We also record the campaign, page path and advertising attribution parameters such as UTM values or gclid.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand campaign sources, improve collaboration campaigns and measure advertising performance. A form submission is not treated as a purchase.
Form delivery service
We use FormSubmit by Devro LABS to deliver form entries to the SANJIESAN contact mailbox. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for up to 30 days. Review the provider's privacy policy.
Contact and deletion requests
