Decide whether the background must change
IKEA RUDSTA anthracite 504.501.37 has a metal back usable with magnets. That gives it a specific attraction when small paper references or changing background material belong behind the figures. The product’s documented back-panel role is a reason to investigate the cabinet; magnets and lighting should still be treated as separate contents questions.
RUDSTA’s outside width is 31½ inches and height 47¼ inches. BLÅLIDEN black 005.205.19 is narrower and taller, at 13¾ inches wide and 59½ inches high. Choose the room envelope and background role together: a narrow vertical display answers a different need from a wider backdrop composition. These are external sizes, so figure clearance and open-door space require their own check. BLÅLIDEN’s assembly guidance requires permanent wall attachment with appropriate fastenings; resolve that installation before treating a fully loaded arrangement as ready.
