Choose the movement you want to watch
For the Homestar renewal announced in 2021, SEGA makes twinkling a specific attraction, alongside revised shooting stars and built-in nature sounds. This is a reason to investigate that named Japanese optical model when the pleasure is watching a changing star field in an ordinary room. It is a different request from filling a ceiling with the largest possible advertised number of points. The effect can be the subject of the choice, rather than an extra feature assumed to accompany every image.
The denser sky has an explicit boundary
The current brand explanation says its Japanese-sky/Milky Way disc can show around 60,000 stars, then explicitly notes that stars do not twinkle with that disc. Choose the dense Milky Way view if that is the picture you want; choose the supported twinkling presentation when the changing light is the attraction. Do not add the two descriptions into an imagined single mode. The same page documents 30/60-minute timers, which can suit a deliberately bounded viewing session. A person primarily seeking films or a story played across the ceiling is asking for another type of content; these optical-disc features are not that promise.
