Keep the style fixed while changing the fibre
Jenevelle is a ponytail wig with an attached clip. Arda lists a 23-inch cap before stretch and a 29-inch ponytail for both named fibre versions. SILKY is therefore not simply a longer or larger Jenevelle. The decision is what you want the fibre to do after choosing that construction.
For a deliberately shaped result, CLASSIC has the clearer brief
Arda describes CLASSIC as the more textured fibre suited to spiking and heavier styling with product. If the character design calls for a ponytail with a deliberately built shape, that is a concrete reason to investigate CLASSIC with the person doing the styling. It is more useful than buying whichever screen swatch seems closest.
For a long tail left flowing, consider SILKY
The maker positions SILKY’s smoother fibre for easier combing and detangling of longer hair, and for lower-maintenance ready-to-wear styles. If the intention is to let the ponytail flow rather than sculpt it into a rigid silhouette, that is the more relevant advantage. “Resistant to tangling” is not the same as never needing attention.
Both are synthetic fibres with stated heat limits. A maximum is not a styling recipe, and Arda’s product and general advice give different working-range wording. Follow current guidance for the exact fibre instead of using the larger CLASSIC ceiling as a target.
Choose a fibre before translating a colour
Once the intended behaviour is settled, compare the exact line and colour sample. Do not assume a CLASSIC colour code translates unchanged to SILKY. The more useful purchase is the Jenevelle that supports the planned shape, not a familiar colour name attached to the wrong fibre.
