Give the map a release identity
The archived Good Smile record headed Nendoroid Kirby identifies number 544 and a September 2021 rerelease. Start there rather than collecting every accessory shown beside any Kirby Nendoroid. The article is a reference for that record, not a claim that all later Kirby versions share its inventory.
Record the alternatives that leave the display
The product describes four expressions: smiling, serious, inhaling and puffed-up. It also names Sword and Fire ability parts and the Star Rod. An owner's map can identify which expression is currently displayed and where the unused expressions and ability groups are stored, instead of treating the loose parts as one anonymous pile.
The maker's staff introduction distinguishes the Fire effect's small dedicated support from the character's display support. That is a useful attribution to preserve in a storage record; a similar-looking clear piece should not lose its documented role when the packaging is reorganised.
Keep the tomato in its own column
Both the archived product record and the staff introduction identify the Maxim Tomato as a Good Smile online-shop preorder bonus. It belongs in a separate bonus field if the actual copy includes it. Its absence is not, on those sources alone, proof that an ordinary copy has lost a standard accessory.
A map should describe the copy you can inspect
Keep the model number, source record, displayed configuration and stored groups together. Mark an uninspected part as unresolved rather than copying a promotional group image into a declaration of completeness. The result is a reference you can use during the next display change, not a guarantee about every second-hand box or a current bonus offer.
