Start with what belongs behind the costume
If the missing item is a plain surface behind a portrait, do not choose a HaloCompact simply because its silver/white fabric and circular frame look portable. Manfrotto identifies LL-LR3300 as a reflector: its fabric clips to a sectional frame for positioning light control. That is a different purchase from the background expected to fill the picture behind the wearer.
A cover is one step further from a backdrop
LL-LR3302 is described as a reflector cover only for the HaloCompact frame. It can be a sensible replacement or alternative fabric for someone with the matching system. It is not a complete LR3300, and the word cover does not make it a portrait background. When a photographer already has the required lighting panel, buy the missing compatible component; when the missing job is background coverage, change product category.
A named background answers a different question
Manfrotto’s LL-LB6701 is explicitly a plain collapsible background with a black/white cover and train. Its listed size is 180 cm wide by 215 cm high. That is a real candidate to discuss for the planned portrait, rather than assigning the reflector a background role because both products use fabric and a frame.
The LB6701 overview also names magnetic support systems to combine with it. Those references should remain a separate purchase question: mentioning a support does not establish it is in the selected package. Choose the backdrop for the intended picture, then establish its actual support arrangement. Keep a HaloCompact in the plan only if the photographer also needs its distinct light-control job.
